1. Who we are
Scoutd is operated by Kooli Media, registered in Sweden under organisation number 040105-8193, with registered address at Ekorrvägen 26, 645 40, Strängnäs. We are the data controller for all personal data processed through scoutd.se.

2. What data we collect and why
Creator accounts
We collect your name, email address, profile photo, cover image, bio, city, language preferences, social media handles, self-reported follower counts, niche tags, content types, rate bracket, and contact preferences. This data is collected to provide you with a creator profile on the platform and make you discoverable to brands. The legal basis is performance of a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
Brand accounts
We collect your name, work email, company name, website, industry, logo, and campaign goals. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe — Scoutd never stores card details. The legal basis is performance of a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
All users
We collect login data, IP address, browser type, session data, and usage analytics. The legal basis for analytics is your consent given through our cookie banner (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). The legal basis for security and fraud prevention is our legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
3. How long we keep your data
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it. Financial transaction records are kept for seven years in accordance with Swedish bookkeeping law (Bokföringslagen).
4. Who we share your data with
We share data with the following third party service providers who process data on our behalf:
- Lovable Technologies — platform development and hosting, including database and authentication services (EU/USA, adequacy/SCC)
- Stripe Inc. — payment processing (USA, adequacy/SCC)
- Google LLC — analytics through Google Analytics, which collects anonymised usage data to help us understand how the platform is used (USA, adequacy/SCC)
Each of these providers has been assessed as providing adequate data protection safeguards. We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
5. International data transfers
Some of our service providers are based outside the EU/EEA. Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
- Right to erasure — request deletion of your data (right to be forgotten)
- Right to restriction — request we limit how we process your data
- Right to data portability — request your data in a machine-readable format
- Right to object — object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Right to withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing
