Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of Scoutd, operated by Kooli Media, org. nr. 040105-8193, Sweden. By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Who can use Scoutd

You must be at least 18 years old to use Scoutd. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or older. You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering.

3. Creator accounts

Creator accounts are free. As a creator you agree to:

• Provide accurate information on your profile including honest self-reported follower counts
• Only represent yourself — you may not create profiles for other people without their explicit consent
• Keep your profile information up to date
• Not use the platform to misrepresent your identity, audience, or content

Scoutd reserves the right to remove profiles that contain false or misleading information.

4. Brand accounts

Brand accounts require a paid subscription. As a brand you agree to:

• Represent a legitimate business
• Not misrepresent your brand or campaign intentions to creators
• Use creator contact information only for genuine collaboration purposes
• Not conduct mass automated outreach through the platform
• Pay subscription fees as they fall due

5. Subscriptions and billing

Brand subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. A 14-day free trial is included for new brand accounts — your payment method will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. In the event of failed payment your access to the creator database will be suspended until payment is resolved.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use Scoutd to:

• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Scrape or automatically collect data from the platform
• Circumvent any access controls or subscription requirements
• Violate any applicable Swedish or EU laws

7. Intellectual property

Scoutd owns all rights to the platform, its design, and underlying technology. Creators retain ownership of their own content and profile information but grant Scoutd a non-exclusive licence to display it on the platform. Brands do not acquire any rights to creator content by viewing it on the platform — any usage rights must be agreed directly between brand and creator.

8. Limitation of liability

Scoutd is a discovery platform. We facilitate connections between brands and creators but are not party to any collaboration, contract, or commercial arrangement between them. We are not liable for the outcome of any such arrangement. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the subscription fees paid by you in the preceding calendar month.

9. Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion your profile will be removed from the platform within 30 days.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt).

11. Changes to these terms

We will notify you of material changes to these terms by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance.
